Upgraded packages or single service

L2

Academic upgrading package (including L1)

  • Free airport pick-up for new students arriving in Canada for the first time. We will send them to their homestay, dormitory or hotel where the school is located. The maximum number of students and their accompanying parents is 3. The pick-up arrangement must be notified 3 working days before departure.

  • On the first day of reporting, we will arrange round-trip transportation from the host family to the reporting location.

  • Volunteer Opportunities Provide various volunteer opportunities for guardian students to meet the requirements of the school board and school for the number of volunteer hours for graduation.

  • Extracurricular Activities Provide students with suggestions on participating in various extracurricular activities to improve their independence and communication skills and build a good resume for later university applications.

  • Purchase school uniforms to help you go to the Education Bureau or the school’s designated uniform store to buy school uniforms once a year

  • Grade feedback and analysis: At least one grade discussion meeting is held every semester to present academic performance and grades of subjects that need attention.

  • Further study planning: There will be at least one further study planning discussion meeting every semester to adjust course selection and after-school study schedule based on academic performance and future goals.

Study Abroad Escort Protection Package (including L1, L2)

  • Accommodation placement: arrange the student's homestay or rental housing once. Responsible for assisting with communication issues with the homestay or rental housing during the school year.

  • Passport renewal is based on local passport renewal guidelines. Passport renewal upon expiration, replacement if lost, application fees, government fees, postage, and other third-party fees are borne by the applicant.

  • Renewal of study permit documents and visa renewal. We assist in renewing study permits and passport stamping issues. Third-party expenses are borne by the third party.

  • Campus Safety Management provides training on campus safety, advice and awareness of safety risks on Canadian campuses, and assists in handling emergencies.

  • Long vacation arrangements: Confirm and communicate with the school, students and parents about the vacation time, and provide plans for activities and studies during the long vacation. Assist students to store up to two pieces of luggage during the vacation.

  • Immigration planning assistance provides one-on-one answers to your questions from Canadian licensed immigration consultants (RCIC).

L4

Basic file package

  • Provide Canadian guardianship notarization for underage students to apply for school and student visas.

  • Emergency contacts for school, education bureau and host family emergencies.

  • Signing documents : Signing documents required by the school, the guardian signs electronically or the student makes an appointment in advance to go to the guardian's office to sign.

  • Guide students to pay tuition fees for the new school year according to the requirements of the school or education bureau.

  • Provide guidance to students when seeing a doctor by phone or email.
